1. Agreement
By using NailPro (the mobile app, website at nailpro.ai, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
NailPro provides software for nail professionals to manage their practice: clients, bookings, payments, portfolio, and client communication. Clients use NailPro to interact with their linked professional.
NailPro is a software platform, not a marketplace. Professionals set their own prices and client relationships.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Professionals must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a business in their jurisdiction.
- Clients must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
4. Subscriptions and payments
NailPro subscription
Professionals may subscribe to NailPro on a trial, monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. Fees are charged through Stripe. Subscription terms and pricing are shown at purchase.
Client payments
Payments between clients and professionals are processed via Stripe Connect. NailPro facilitates the technology; the professional is the merchant of record for client services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or spam
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Professional content
Professionals are responsible for content they publish (portfolio images, service descriptions, messages). You must have rights to any content you upload.
7. Intellectual property
NailPro and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for disputes between professionals and clients regarding services, quality, or payments.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailPro's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
